Found this at a local pharmacy, I couldn't live without this sleep aide. It's basically benadryl but higher dose. Does better than the anxiety drugs my Dr's give. Clonidine.1 MG ain't nothing to help an adult.. I just needed sleep badly. This was the solution

These don't work for me
I've tried many of the Amazon sleep aids and unfortunately they don't work for me and kept me up all night so I stopped using them and went back to melatonin gummies.While they might work for some people they didn't for me at all that's why they still get 4 stars.
