Product is good quality and works perfectly product video
First time for me replacing a chain. If you follow video, all tools worked for me and chain replaced. Just shifted through the 3 x 9 gears my old mtb has and all shifted perfectly. Thumbs up and of course now I should be replacing the cassette...

Works Fine
The chain thickness measured 6.1-6.3 mm. I think the spec for this 10 speed chain is 6.0 mm. This thickness had no effect on my derailleur to easily shift gears. In fact it only took a few very minor adjustments to smoothly run thru all the gears. The pin removal tool almost maxed out while removing the pins on this new chain. It was way too fragile and it was very apparent to me that this tool was incapable of pin removal on my old chain. In fact it took quite a few good hammer blows using a punch to remove the old pins. Easy to see why folks are destroying the removal tool.

Great economy chain.
This went on a new to me older triathlon bike, with 2x9 gearing, mostly Shimano 105 components. After painting it, I wanted to replace all the parts that were showing their age.The good: This chain is every bit as smooth as the original, and I really like that it comes with several master links. The not so good: the included chain breaker and master link pliers are definitely not made by Park Tools. I managed to bend the pin on the first use - fortunately, didn't damage the links in any way. And there is a spair pin in the handle. The master link pliers are nothing spectacular, and were a bit difficult to use, but they got the job done. The chain itself gets 4.5/5 stars, and that's why I bought this kit. The tools served their purpose this time, so can't gripe too much for bonus tools.

Low price, low quality tools
I really wish I could give this set a better review, but I can't. I ended up not being able to use the chain because it was too short for my bike (my bike has a weird length, so I don't blame the seller), but in using the tools to fix up my old chain they both broke on the second use. Very affordable price, but at the cost of quality. I'm with the other customers: if you plan on using the tools more than once (especially not on the chain they come with), then you're better off spending your money on a higher quality set.

No issues with pin remover tool. Great value.
Received the 10 speed chain and tools very quickly. I had read people had problems with the pin breaking on the chain tool. I used it on 2 pins on m y very, very rusty old chain. It worked great. Be sure the bolt on the back is backed out to leave room for the pin you are driving out. I used the included master link that came wit the chain but there were a few more that were shipped separate in with the pin remover tool and the plyers. Once I used the proper chain clip to hold the slippery new chain in place the master link went on easily. The plyers work well enough, they are a bit small for my hands and I struggled with them. Chain was the same length as my old chain so I had no issues with length. Over all this was a good purchase. We shall see how well the chain hold up.

Broken pin on the chain breaker on the second pin.
It comes with a number of handy tools in one kit. However the pin on the chain breaker snaped off on the second link making the tool useless and there were no spare replacements.I would spend my money on a separate good chain breaker like a Parks. The threads on the breaker are sloppy which means that the pin may or may not align properly to the link. This is what caused the original pin to snap off pushing against the chain not the link pin.

Gambled and won.
I'm not without mechanical reasoning. But is someone who has never replaced anything on a bike, usually just replace the bike, it took me a few minutes to figure out the direction I needed to put the chain but taking out links was easy peasy and replacing them with the little links was just as easy. If my son breaks his bike again I am definitely coming back for chains from this place.

So far so good on my MTB - time will tell how long they last
I used this for my 9 speed mountain bike. Rear is a 9 speed cassette with a 3 speed crank. I was able to use this and I measured rivet to rivet and I had about 5 links left over. The chain breaker or rivit punch it comes with works pretty well. The master link tool worked well to click things back together. The chain came in a package and there is a thin layer of lube on it already too. It comes with at least 4-5 pairs of master links in case you mess up the first time or need to shorten the chain. For the money - good deal, the tools alone are worth a few bucks.
