Are these for wet sanding only?

Yes these pads are wet sanding and polishing only. The lower grits upto 200 grit will work OK wet or dry use. Beyond 200 grit must be used with water.

Are these only for hose-fed wet grinders, or would they also work dry or with just a little water on my concrete tabletop?

Will these polish concrete countertops after sealer has been applied
