Zone3 Neoprene Buoyancy Kickpants 5/3mm

I'm a recreational open water swimmer, not a Triathlete. However I do want to improve my technique so can be more efficient and swim for longer. My legs are heavy due to years of training for and playing Football , even 20 years after I stopped playing. These will help me maintain a better position in the water. They seem well made and are not pulling apart at the seams yet like another reviewer experienced. I bought a size up from my waist measurements based on experience with Neoprene shorts by other manufacturers. They fit close enough to prevent flushing but don't get stretched, so that might be the trick when buying these. I'm a 33" waist and went for Large, which supposedly is for 34-37"
