Item as described. These are for a relative who has parkinsons disease and is deteriorating and now has to wear these at night. It's a heartbreaking process to have to watch someone you love go through. So basically, these are going some way to try and help keep some dignity at night times. Buying in bulk like this definitely saves money and the free shipping was a bonus. I believe that these should be free on the NHS for patients and will be looking into it, should they not be, I will re-order. But for now, the service was excellent.
