Poorly constructed. Tried 2 of their different coolers, both arrived broken
For some reason they chose to use rivets instead of screws in this model. Their half-sized model, the Pup uses screws. These rivets won't survive a person sneezing close by...lol. Just take a look at the pictures. This is what it looks like before you even use it.I had seen other reviews, and comments left on YouTube about how these leaked, but I never even had a chance to test it since it was broken before I could use it.Consider buying one of these a fixer-upper project, because you're going to need to modify it to make it functional.I tried buying two of them and it was the same construction for both. Why they aren't sold in a box with Styrofoam to support this delicate little cooler, I don't know. I guess it allows them to save a few bucks.

Great idea, needs improvements
Cons; Very difficult to tow behind you. I used this with my kayak and it would not pull straight. I tried longer rope and very short rope. It just zigzags behind. I tried arranging the item inside different and tried it with nothing in it. The lid when properly aligned is watertight. It is very difficult to thread on correctly on land. In the water it’s extremely difficult.Pros; holds lots of beer/ food. It was really heavy but it stayed afloat. It wasn’t super hot out but it kept everything cold for three days. Even though it zigzagged it wasn’t hard to pull.( even in pretty nautical conditions)This product needs refinement. I love the idea but it needs a better lid , a “hitch” hole or rigging point and it needs to pull better.

Very good for towing behind a Kayak
I purchased an inflatable cooler awhile back hoping that I could use it for towing cold drinks behind my kayak, but the amount of additional drag that it added made it particularly unsuited to such a task. I decided to pick up the Creek Kooler even though the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay (especially after already wasting money on an inferior product), and I am extremely happy that I did.The Creek Kooler is larger than I expected it to be. Standing at nearly 6' tall, this cooler is about as tall as my waist when stood on its end. It is a bit heavy, but I was very pleased to find that even if I load the cooler down to maximum capacity that the amount of additional drag is not extreme. I have found that securing the cooler to my kayak with an very short lash improves the experience of pulling the cooler behind my kayak, and for rivers with even a modest current the Creek Kooler is a delight to pull. Drag becomes more significant when there is no current to help push you along, and when moving against the current it becomes more extreme still, but moving even upstream is possible while towing this cooler behind your craft. The Creek Kooler is very durable, and it is fully water-tight when the lid is properly secured (I tested this by attempting to submerge the cooler). I have taken this cooler on multiple overnight or multi-day kayaking runs, and even after pulling the Creek Kooler for over 20 miles I did not find that it significantly added to the amount of work that was required to keep my kayak moving along at a steady pace. One other thing that I have found that I truly love about this cooler is that it tends to spark conversations with passers-by. I cannot count the number of times over the month or so that I have owned this thing which someone out on the water commented on it, or asked where I got it from.

Poorly Made - Breaks Easily - Not Waterproof
Made with rivets that don't stay attached. The cooler splits open exposing the items inside. Very cheaply made fasteners, despite otherwise being solid. Lucky if it can arrive at your house in one piece.Cool concept, terrible product construction.
