One of the best printers I ever had
The easy set up and quickness of the prints is what surprised me. Super great, and it’s very compact and does everything it needs to.

bought . broken
I didn't unpack this prior to the return date because I was ill. When i unpacked it one of the ink cartridges says it is installed incorrectly. I've tried installing over and over, it won't let me print anything. Since it is past the return date stuck with a printer that doesnt work and about $70 in new ink cartridges. Really unhappy!

Great quality printer at an affordable price
Easy to setup and use, print quality is amazing, and it's not heavy so you can move it easily if needed. It's perfect for my home office/art studio

Basic compact, best bang for your buck type printer
Easy setup even if no CD drive go online and the process was to configure with computer. Setting up wifi was easy. The ink modules for this printer comes in 2 configurations either regular or XL capacity. Some of the printing abilities for this printer are using the XL printer cartridges not the regular ones this printer gives.

Worked OK for only four months then died.
Stops printing after 1/3 of a page. All new ink. Only used it about 20 times

I had the same thing as Betty had happen to my printer in the comments. The printer won't recognize the black printer ink. I'm so tired of these companies ripping us off.
