These seem to work and tastes like it has a candy coating, do keep away from children.Comes with 16 yellow day capsules and 8 blue night capsules.The instructions and ingredient info is on the back of the box, including under the lift up flap on the back of the box.*Do not take more than 10 capsules in a 24 hour period and do not take the night and day capsules at the same time.
