Affordable product
Product quality is worth the cost. I used it for both RCC and GI surface of my roof. Very good cooling effect.I recommend all to try Excel Cool coat.

Not good for old rooftops
It was effective for just a few weeks after application. Then it started to thin out and the house was hot again. I think it works better for newly constructed buildings and not for old rooftops.

It is miracle
Trust me it works very well drastic change in tempreture before and after application of paint on roof. I wish if I would have known this product before.
