Production as advertised
Product arrived in good shape, packaging was intact and nothing seemed damaged. It was straight forward and easy to connect. I just did a one for one swap with the wires. I am more than comfortable with most anything required for being a home handyman besides electrical work. This was one of the easiest tasks I’ve done requiring electricity.

Direct replacement for ICN-4P32-SC
Plenty of wire to connect to your lights, hardest part of the installation was connecting the old wires to the new wires.

I have lights again!
2 sets of light panels at our store went out. I thought we needed new bulbs. Took a working bulb from one of the working light panels to put in temporary until I go buy more, didn't light up. Turns out the ballast is busted. Local hardware store is a little more expensive, so I got these on here, cheaper and Prime next day delivery. Fits perfect. Ballast only, did not include wire nuts (caps/connectors). So had to reuse old ones. They don't cost much, should have been included. That would have been 5 stars. (Pic: ballast is screwed in to the panel, covered by the center piece. Or else wires everywhere! 2' x 4' light panel, 48" T8 lamps)

Works Great - Fast Delivery
As expected, the ballast worked great when installed. It's been in place for 1 day.Hopefully it will keep working.

Prefect replacment for my ICN-4P32-N
Amazon for the win, best price I could find among the major hardware chains. Nobody had one in actual store stock, but Amazon had to me in a day at the best price. As you can see this is pretty much the same as what I pulled out of my lighting housing. Just a name change from Phillips to Signify after Phillips spun it off to a new company and IPO.

Perfect Match, Works Great!
This was sent out to me in super-fast order !!! I ordered this for a large overhead flourescent 4-light in the kitchen. I knew something was wrong when all 4 bulbs went out at the same time and there was nothing wrong with the breaker or light switch going to that light. Never having replaced a ballast before (but having heard of the term), I decided to attempt to replace it myself. I have some electronics training, but am on disability so it took me a little longer than someone in better physical shape than I, but I got the job done after watching instructions on a youtube video. The most important thing is to note the wire connections and draw a diagram to follow after removing the ballast. You actually cut the wires if the ballast hasn't been replaced before if there are no wire connectors present. I had some wires that weren't cut and others that had been cut and connected. Some of the other difficulty was in getting the clips and overhead lid to open and snap back in place. Removing the flourescent bulbs were also a little tricky due to their close proximity placement to the ballast and backplate. I used some twist ties to tie all the wires together before placing them inside the middle cover - this was also a bit difficult when working with hands up in the air and on a step-stool. Probably nothing at all to do fo someone younger and used to doing this sort of thing. I was so relieved when I had everything connected, turned on the switch...then there was light! Remember to check for the light to be working before putting all covers back in place; you wouldn't want to have to undo everything if there was a wrong or bad connection. This is whole project is in the moderate difficulty category.

Ballast Replacement
After many years, the kitchen light finally died. Looked through local hardware stores without success. Found a duplicate on line (Amazon). Took three days but got here as predicted. Fit-up and inatallation was simple. Let there be (kitchen) light!
