Pure blends is intended to maintain the hair color results and replenish the hair with additional color pigment as the environment, such as the sun, and every day activities fades the hair color. As you begin to use Pure Blends you will be able to determine how often to use it. In some cases you may need it every day, in other cases you may only need it 2 or 3 times a week. if you are not going to need the color shampoo everyday you can alternate with Pure Blends Cocoa Colada shampoo. I use with all washes - after my regular shampoo.

Q: Does this give a purple tint to hair?

I has not and I use it 2-3 times a week to keep my gray from turning yellow

Q: is this shampoo a color deposit shampoo? how well does it work? im trying to blend my blonde extentions with my natural medium blonde hair.

I'm not sure! I know it did make my blonde highlights brighter though.
