I'm in Texas and I ordered the reddish one and had no issues with shipping/delivery.

What does the "r" indicate? i noticed the blue brush has "l". i hope it isn't for right & left hand(?)

I have bought both the blue and red one that had L. To me it stands for large. They also sell small size
