Ever since Covid hit the US, I've not been able to to find this particular product on the store shelves. I lived in Ohio at that time & have since moved to the southwestern US. The stores don't even have a spot on the shelves for this item anymore! 😕 I can still find the pot roast & chicken flavors, but not the pork chop. Additionally, shortly after Covid, this item was priced at $60 here on Amazon!!! 😱🫣 I'm just REALLY happy the price is much more reasonable & the product is genuine!!! I learned how to cook when I was 11yo, using this & the other 2 flavors of Bag 'n Season. LOVE THIS STUFF!!!

I've been using this for grilling pork chops over charcoal for years. Glad to see that they stopped fiddling with the ingredients and went back to the original formula. Every person that I've turned on to this stuff has made it their go-to for grilling. Just pour the seasoning in a gallon freezer bag, add 2 Tablespoons of water to make a thin paste, then add 3-5 medium sized pork chops, zip the top and move them around to distribute. Add 1 T more water if needed. 30 minutes later, grill to your liking you'll get awesome results. If you marinate overnight in the fridge, it's even better!!! I've also tried panfrying with a touch of bacon grease and even baking after marinating, both excellent. The only complaint is that of the 3 different meats they offer this for, (there's one for pot roast and one for chicken too), the pork chop one is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find in a grocery store. Always sold out of the pork chop type. Not cheap either, but for once a product has the quality to back it up. Thank you Amazon for making this more available.

The stores rarely have this particular mix available, so I order it from Amazon ( 6 bags at a time). The flavor of the mix is not as good as in”the old days.” The quantity in the envelope does not seem to be as much as before, so I have to allow about 2 extra bags to get enough seasoning for 6 to 8 pork chops.Amazon rates a 5 and McCormick rates a 3

This seasoning gives my pork chops such a great flavor. I bake them with white potatoes, which also gives the potatoes the same great taste. My family loves when I make my chops with this seasoning. I highly recommend it.
