Tastes bad. Lumpy. Manufacturers can put milk solids to make it more palatable.

I’ve been taking it for almost a week. I believe it takes a month to be able to judge if this is works.Had some nasty diarrhoea on the second day, not sure if it’s related to ingesting this. My diet didn’t change much so maybe it is.Overall the taste is weird, warm water helps it to dissolve quickly. I dissolve it into half a glass of water and finish it so I don’t have to prolong the experience
