Works well
It does exactly as it is supposed to on the hydraulic jack saddle. The slot perfectly fits the lifting rail on the underside of the car. Placed in the jack saddle, it allows the jack to lift the car without damaging the lifting rail on the car, provides stability for the car resting on the jack saddle, and prevents slippage.

Measure the jack seat first
While this pad look and felt great it was a bit big for my trolley jack with a seat of 2.5 inches, IIRC this was 2.56 inches in diameter so I had to exchange it for another also the grove is a bit shallow for older American uni-body frames.

Perfect solution
Protect your vehicle when using a floor jack to raise it with these hard rubber pucks. Very durable and a perfect fit for most floor jacks.

Body saver
When using my floor jack to save time lifting my wife's Fusion, this puck saves the chance of getting into the body while trying to land the jack onto the thin targeted area

Do not use this for anything other than a lip
Do not use this as a general cushion in your jack. If the car rolls a little this thing will tip over before the jack rolls. The jack point will roll right off the jack. It can be dangerous so only use it for what it was intended for......when you have a lip that will hold it in place.
