Excellent customer service: Company stood behind their products!
We have purchased this item 15 times. This last purchase, April 27, 2025, was different. The size of the white cap is slightly larger. But honestly, no one cares about the size of the cap. What I'm reviewing today is a change in the product itself. Now, the puller is very loose. It does not pull an even amount of the cat's insulin. I have to push the insulin back in the bottle and pull again, multiple times, to get it right. But then something else worrisome happens...the puller, on it's own, slides to push the insulin out of the syringe. I tried multiple syringes from different bags in the box. They all have the same problem. As if life is not difficult enough as it is, here is a product that we relied on and purchased 15 times, and now I have to find and try a different brand. If something has worked forever, why do companies make a "new and improved version" that is significantly worse than what they were making. For the first 14 purchases, I would give this 5 stars. For the last box, 0 stars. Thus the 1 star review - as a warning to fellow purchasers that they have changed the product and not for the better.Edited on 5/14/24: This seller has outstanding customer service. They saw our review and right away emailed us. They have not only refunded our purchase, but they are sending a replacement and investigating the lot. Sometimes mistakes happen in production, this happens, but to have a company reach out and make things right is outstanding customer service. We are changing our review to 5 stars. We will stay a loyal customer to this company.

Problem solved by outstanding customer service!
Have this on Autoship and have had no problems with the first several orders but this last box has been nothing but troubleThe seal on the syringe is not airtight and it is impossible to draw the insulin...nothing happens. Have had to discard several syringes until we find one that will work. We have a new box arriving in 3 days if that is the same we will send it back and cancel the autoship. Vendor got intouch and made everything right and is replacing the box that we had issues with. Because of their outstanding customer service and because the most recent box that arrived on Autoship has had no issues this company gets 5 stars. Problems arise but it is how the company deals with them that makes the difference!

Work well
Got these for my cat’s insulin. I like the half measurements and can give a better dose with them. I also like the size of the syringe and needle. I do wish the writing other than numbers and markers was lower so it isn’t near the first 5 units and therefore would be even easier and clearer to see. I have started to prep the AM shot when I do the PM one so it is already set and ready to go in the early hours when I need to give the first shot. I have excellent vision and the marks with the writing and black stopper were causing me to take longer so early in the morning so this helps me be confident I’ve got the dose right. They work well. Recommend if you need syringes like these.

Perfect for animals insulin
I use these to give my cat her insulin and they saved me in the beginning when we were trying to figure out her dosage so the half units were incredibly important to me. Even the vet was surprised I found them

Thankful these were available
Very thankful these syringes were available as our local CVS gave us the run around. Worked great and came quickly.

Great syringes, lots vary
I have this delivered every 3 weeks because I have a diabetic cat. Occasionally, there will be a needle that's crooked, but that's few and far between and hasn't happened in the last couple boxes. The draw on the syringes does often push insulin back into the phial (other reviewers mention this), but I usually draw back a little and everything works out. The half-unit marks are very nice, as well. The "bulk bag" packing, where there are 10 syringes in each package in the box, is fine; however, I would prefer (for boarding, travel, etc) if they were individually packaged. But I will continue to order/have these delivered because they are easy to use and the differences between lots are easy enough for me to deal with.

Needles are easily breakable!
I have to use the U-100 syringes for my cat who has diabetes. I've purchased three different boxes of syringes from this company. Two boxes were the U-100 kind. One of those boxes was of the U-40 kind, which was a mistake on my part, but one I ended up being glad I made because the needles, at least, were longer on those. I just had to figure out the dosage for my cat using those syringes in lieu of the U-100 ones.Anyway, I've had so many problems with this company's syringes because the needles often bend on me! This tends to happen when putting the needle through the top of the insulin bottle. BUT, the worst time was when the needle bent while trying to inject the insulin into my cat! That resulted in my poor kitty getting stinky fur with insulin on it. She had to lick that off when grooming herself, too! Yuck! But worse than that, it resulted in my not knowing if any of the insulin actually made it into her before the needle bent, or if I needed to re-administer the complete dosage! That's a potentially life threatening problem! I had around 1/8 of the needles bend on me from each of the first two boxes. The most recent one, though, has been even worse than that! I've had at least 1 in 5 needles bend on me! This results in a lot of wasted money and potential dosage problems when they bend like that! The reason I have gotten these syringes despite the problems is because the vet ended up doubling the price of the syringes they were selling! However, I can't keep purchasing syringes with weak needles like this. I'm now stuck having to find a different brand with stronger needles. One more thing: cats have thicker skin than dogs. They need longer needles like the ones in the U-40 syringes. I do not understand why the ones on the U-100 from this company are so short! It could be part of the problem with the needles bending!
