Does the job but not the best quality available, just a little on the cheap side.

Press column is a loose fit in its holder so difficult to keep perfectly vertical when pressing watch hands on.

The watch hand puller is a little thick to get underneath the hands. Make sure you have a watch face protector before attempting to remove the hands. Replacing the hands needs a fine set of tweezers to accurately position the hands and the tool to press in the hands works just fine.

It is okay for what it is, it works but it isn't good. There is play with the plunger making it difficult to be precise and precision is essentially this tool's purpose. It has little cavities milled out on the top which on the original holds the spare heads for different hand sizes, on this, the heads do not fit into the holes properly so they're just loose in a box instead of neatly stored on top of the unit as originally intended. I would recommend an alternative to this particular model.

The hand removing tool was very basic and the rivet remover was very poor

I’d have given no stars if that was possible. Very flimsy product, poorly made. Don’t waste your money.
