There was a lot more in this container than I realized. I only need 4 TBS for the recipe I made. This worked so flawlessly I made my first homemade tortillas with this so easy to use, and inexpensive!

I heard about p psyllium from a dr on line. I did my research, spoke to my diabetic Dr (endocrinologist) and she approved. I add a teaspoon to my smoothies and oatmeal (add extra water or milk it makes it very thick). I've managed to loose weight because I'm not snacking in between meals. It does help me suppress my appetite. Pleass consult with your Healthcare provider before using. I consulted my endocrinologist (I'm a type 2 diabetic) my Dr approved

I've started using Himalaya Organic Psyllium Husk in my sourdough bread, and I'm thrilled with the results. It enriches the bread with extra fiber and a pleasing texture, without compromising the taste. The fact that it's organic is a big plus for me. If you're looking to make your bread healthier and still keep it tasty, this is the product to go for.

Inedible clumps when mixed with cold or hot water.First time I bought this product, was incredible! White, premium, mixed well. So I went back to buy more, but something changed. Instead of the bag and shredded husk, it came in a cylinder and fine grain powder.I'm throwing this batch away and trying from a different vendor. fwiw, this was originally way better than Anthonys, b/c white and smoother, but this new formulation sucks (or perhaps the batch I and a few others got).

An essential part of my Keto diet. Gets the train firmed up and out the station, wonderfully! For those having a problem mixing, Blender Bottle and Blender Ball. Then shake-shake-shake! It will still clump if you let it sit too long, this ain’t like a mint julep in a rocking chair (aka not for sipping; chug to the best of your comfort/ability!)

Works but difficult to mix. Forms clumps. Nice to see it organic though.

Since I recently purchased a different psyllium husk at a cheaper price and was outraged at how awful it was I can honestly say that this product is everything it claims to be. It definitely does what it is meant to do. It’s worth every penny.

This recommended by my physician and after ordering it is already empty.
