Loved the condition (and the price) of the S21+ phone. The condition is excellent, for an acceptable condition phone. There are NO marks or scratches on the screen, just a few marks on the side and back of the phone, but you'd haven't to look very hard to see them. With a decent phone case it looks brand new. Also comes with 12 months warranty. I was genuinely surprised how good a condition the phone is for a 3 year old phone, it looks like it's hardly been used. So pleased with the purchase, it's saved me a lot of money, and nobody can tell it's re-conditioned.

The condition of the two phones wasn't excellent, but wasn't too bad either. One of the phones had a dead corner of the display but perfectly usable, and the other clearly has some drop damage to the metal frame. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality.

Absolutely world class the delivery time was quick the phone was in NEW condition there are a few EXTREMELY small scratches but they are very hard to notice furthermore the value for money is insane would ABSOLUTELY recommend

Right, the phone came broken. The screen was messed up and not working the sound distorted and not function, but, this is a big but, the service is amazing the refund was swift and they process it fast and easy, painless they even refunded the postage

This is such a shame cos it's a lovely phone ,camera is really good but am sending the phone back as they is definitely a battery issue ,just thought it might be apps,light etc but I charge it and within mins it's going to battery fault
