How big are the capsules? With 6,550mg of active ingredients they’d have to be over 6.5G each which is more than 1tsp = too big to swallow.

its a little misleading, all the ingredients are extracts, and the 6550mg total is based on their "equivalent" dose. for example, the label indicates shilajit 15:1 extract is 300mg, and "equivalent to 4500mg shilajit powder". total of all the extracts is 505mg, "equivalent to 6550 mg of active ingredients"

Watch your mood when taking this

I took this one time yesterday, and it made me feel ornery. I'm normally a very chill person, but small things irritated me a lot after I took this. I didn't take it today and feel fine again. I've had the same reaction to taking a maca/goat weed combo before, and this product has maca/goat weed in it. Now I know I should just stay away from it. Sharing this so others can monitor their moods when taking this. The irritability this product caused me isn't worth any other benefits it could possibly provide.
