Excellent Purchase
I've had this monitor for 3 months now. It's been great for work as I'm easily able to organize my various windows. The monitor provides a very clear display and it is very easy to setup. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to expand their display for work-related purposes.

Love at first sight....and then.....
Unboxing this monitor and seeing it for the first time in person when I purchased in April 2022, I was really excited to start using. No complaints about screen appearance, loved the USB-C charging capabilities, and seemed sturdy. Then, two weeks ago, as I was working from home, there was a faint "POP!". Suddenly, a 2 inche wide and screen length black bar appeared right down the middle of the screen. Certainly not an electronics technician, so I have no idea what happened, but I was left with a huge part of my screen that was no longer usable.Amazon got me in touch with Samsung support, and they instructed me to send it back to them for repair. Great....now I have to rely on the puny screen on my laptop while working from home for the next several weeks until Samsung performs the repairs and returns my unit. Very inconvenient.Yesterday, I got a text from Samsung telling me that there was physical damage to the monitor, so repairs would be $219. The monitor hadn't moved from my work desk since the day I got, floating on its stand without any physical interference whatsoever. Now, I can't say what happened to the unit after I left it with UPS (and, frankly, that shouldn't be my problem), but there certainly was no physical damage while the unit was in my possession.Soooo disappointed in Samsung. For the premium price of their products, I expected a lot better (although I had previously been burnt with a defective Samsung television....that was another customer service debacle.)I am done with Samsung. Products of equal or better quality can be purchased at a much lower price. Buy it if you want. But beware. BTW, have been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years, and I believe this is the first product I've reviewed. I'm not one of those "complain about everything" types.Fortunately, I worked with Amazon to come to a reasonable path forward. Amazon's customer service is above and beyond excellent.Incredibly disappointed in Samsung. But once again, more than impressed by Amazon's customer service. Good luck!

OK, but don't buy for PIP/PBP
The monitor is OK. I wouldn't call it great by any stretch of imagination. I purchased it specifically for the PIP/PBP functionality. While it "works", it's not ideal. I had to either use two keyboards and mice for the split screen. Or deal with the 30-60 seconds delay when I wanted to switch between inputs. It often has issues and is heavily pixelated with green dots. When not having issues, the image quality is OK, but I have ended up going back to a $179 monitor from Costco.

Poor screen quality
Even if the curve and size of this monitor are great, its quality is not. If you are used to the quality and resolution of Apple Retina displays, you will likely be disappointed as you will get pixelated texts with this screen. As a developer, I do spend hours reading and writing texts. It is not possible to have sharp text with this monitor even after going thru countless of blog posts to tweak the monitor settings. Worst, after 8 months, the screen just died as you can see on the attached picture. Now, I have to go thru the struggle to get it replaced. Hopefully, Samsung as good customer services but it still annoying. If you are looking to have a sharp monitor for coding, consider other monitors with a resolution greater than 5K.Update: Horrible experience with Samsung customer services. Waste of time and money. Samsung did not replace the screen. They offered to open a UPS investigation instead. This is the last Samsung product I will ever get.

VERY nice product - update
Update March 21, 2022 - I am trying to get PIP working. I called support and spend 40 minutes trying to convey what I wanted help with and ultimately ran out of time and therefore got minimal help. I have gone through all the menus and cannot discover how on my own. I would return this if I could. This is a mediocre product at best and the first Samsung display I have been unhappy with. This is a fantastic monitor, however the instructions are bloody awful and set up is not intuitive at all. I still have some set up to do once I get to adding the second laptop for split screen. That said, the picture quality is excellent and my eye strain is way down.

Exploded after 3.5 months
DON'T RISK IT, GET SOMETHING ELSE.Got this monitor, set it up and put it on my desk, and 3 and 1/2 months later the thing exploded while I was on a zoom call! It made a loud electrical popping sound and a black line appeared down the middle of my monitor. It also apparently bent the screen. Like a n00b I sent it to Samsung repair (3rd party) but they deemed it "misuse" (aka physical damage) and this is not covered by warranty. Couldn't get an actual person on the phone to tell me if they opened the monitor or just looked at it from the outside. I'm guessing they didn't put in the effort. So now I'm left to use a monitor with a black line down the middle, or cough up almost $300 to fix this piece of garbage with no reassurance that this won't happen again in another three and a half months. COOL. Thanks, Samsung. Buyer beware!! Buy something else.

I could not get the USB-C features to work with my Lenovo Yoga (Windows) Computer
This is good product . . . except I could not get the USB-C features to work with my Lenovo Yoga computer. Either my computer or the monitor may need some more advance setup, but I could not find a solution. I have to use the HDMI interface, together with a seperate USB-C hub. This set up is not as clean as being able to plug the monitor directly into your USB-C connection on your computer. The buyer should be aware of this problem.
