We built our home 17 years ago and had installed a Nu-Tone central vac system. Our attachments that we purchased 17 years ago are still in excellent condition. I'm just tired of lugging the hose and attachments up and down the stairs each week. Needed to finally spoil myself and purchase a second set. Didn't want to spend the money but it's well worth it. Now I have a set for the upstairs including attic and one for the 1st floor including the basement and couldn't be happier. The attachments fit very nicely with the hose. The only thing I don't care for as much is the hose cover. They sent over ties to fit on the hose cover and I'm just not a fan. Would have loved a better closure for the hose over. I'm sure I can find something else on Amazon. All else- pet attachments, carpet attachments- all work great!

At first, I loved this. It worked fantastically. Sucked up all the things. About six months into owning it, the spinner stopped spinning. A year later, and it barely sucks up anything at all. It is not the system itself. Suction from the wall is great. It's just the spinning vacuum attachment (my main reason for purchasing this set) does not do the job anymore. Would not buy again.Giving it two stars instead of one for the simple reason that it did work for a bit.

Good product

I like the ability to plug into every area of our home and this unit doesn’t attach with prongs.I don’t like:1) the on off switch doesn’t always work. It’s been sporadic since day one. I’ve had our other Nutone attachment in our garage for 15 years and never had a single issue like this one.2) the hardwood attachment we were sent doesn’t attach properly at all. It’s too narrow for he hose attachment. It also doesn’t have a hole to click in, so I’ll go out on a limb here and say they’d packaged the wrong part.3) I called Nutone support and the woman told me that’s the proper attachment (it’s not even the same one in the above photo) and there’s nothing they could do for us. Nice!

arrived as promised with all the components and worked like a charm with our 15 year old in house vacuum systems whose old hose and proshes that became worn out.

The hardwood floor attachment does not lock in, the carpet head is weak

Everything was included as advertised. Seems to be good quality Turbo floor brush obviates need for electric connection.

We have all hard floors so this works very well for us. If you have carpeting, I would suggest getting the next one up with the carpet attachment.
