Tastes great. And seems to be boosting my energy and my mood. Skin is healthier and so are my hair and nails. So the zinc is also supporting my health. Great product. And good for those who can’t stomach normal iron tablets.

I took this syrup in hope of not feeling the iron taste which is usually really strong.At first taste it feels fruity, however, in a few seconds after the iron taste hits hard. It is a lot softer on the stomach, usually when I try pills or usual iron liquid supplements, I would feel extremely nauseous soon after, however, I did not feet this bad effect with Blueiron. Overall is better than other iron medicine.

This is my third time purchasing this supplement for my children and myself. They even asked me to get another bottle when they finished the previous one! As my younger daughter is a regular blood donor, this helps ensure her iron levels hit the mark when she goes for her appointment.Also no after taste!

Bought for my daughter who's anaemic, trying to find an liquid iron supplement that's palatable for a child is really hard. We've had nearly every flavour. This was ok upon the sniff test, but the aftertaste is vile unfortunately.

I decided to try this iron/ vit supplement after feeling depleted of energy for a very long time. My blood tests said I was not anaemic. I have taken other multivits with iron before and it made no difference. However, this has really hit the spot! Maybe it's because it's a liquid or due to the combination of vits, I don't know, but after just a few days I have noticed my energy levels are so much better. I am feeling refreshed in the morning and able to get up early and in the evening I am not running out of energy. It does have a metallic aftertaste but that is easily dealt with by having a few grapes or something after! I will be buying it again.

It tastes good, so easy to take.

I bought this for my 6 year old autistic daughter, as her paediatrician suggested giving her a supplement due to her restricted diet. She refused gummies and tablets, so liquid was my last option.The strong, metallic, blood smell hit as soon as I opened the bottle! I mixed it with some strong fruit squash, but she wouldn't touch it. I tried it myself and it made me nauseous! It has a very strong, unpleasant blood taste, I couldn't taste anything fruity about it. It was more like sucking on an old coin!Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Only try if you have a strong stomach, I usually do but it couldn't handle this. I can't say how effective it is as it will be going in the bin!
