Good buy for the price.
Nice buy for the price. Previously I had one plastic hamper that had gotten brittle with age and was broken. I was looking for something with a lid that would fit on each side of the book cabinet. This is outside of my children’s bathroom at the top of the stairs. I wanted two of them to give it a more balanced look. I am not sure if the cloth liner will hold up if put in the washer. My family knows not to put anything in them if it is wet or damp. One doesn’t hold as many clothes as the previous plastic one they used. I would be afraid to keep pushing the clothes down and packing them in tighter. We have a large family so with four people all in junior and adult size clothing using two was the perfect solution. The two of them will hold a weeks worth of their laundry. The other ones I looked at would not fit as nice, didn’t have a lid or cost more than I was wanting to spend. These look nicer than the canvas or cloth ones that I was also considering. The handles on each side make it easy to pick them up to take to the laundry area. We have a cat that weighs about 18lb and she sits on top of one of them all the time. Easy to assemble and serve there purpose. I hope to get several years out of them before they need to be replaced.

THE HAMPER LOOKS GREAT AND IT ALSO LOOKS FANCY AND IT'S BIGGER THAN EXPECTED.
I bought a couple of hampers from Costco but those baskets take so much space in my room so I decided to look around for something different. I was lucky to find that one because it's looks edgy and it's a crafty hamper too however, there is room for improvement. The bag inside of the hamper is muslin to me that's a cheap fabric most designers, pattern makers, drapers and tailors use to create patterns and samples before using their chosen fabrics and check for technical errors before wasting money on expensive fabrics because it's cost effective. The hamper would look more glam if the fabric was a good quality. The bag needs four seams on each corner and that would make an excellent fit inside of the basket or they could cut the muslin fabric in bias in case they decide to make only one side seam furthermore most fabrics stretche when you cut them on bias. They could have use a microfiber with odor and stain resistant. A t-shirt jersey knit fabric can handle one stitch without any technical difficulty. It might sound that I am speaking alien but people who sew know what I am talking about. It's a good looking hamper and I will do my best to take care of it because I don't plan to buy another one anytime soon. I did not wait for a long time to receive the merchandise and that's a quality I admire from many Amazon vendors. I will definitely purchase a few more as Christmas' gifts.

Nice looking and perfect size for one week of laundry.
Had it a couple weeks and it seems like it will hold up. I use it for holding dirty clothes. The liner is nice, but I don’t remove it for use as a bag. Biggest issue for me were the instructions. The pictures weren’t real clear as to where the wire frame went. After the hamper kept collapsing, I realized there were hooks at the top that would hold the wire frame. Once I fixed that the hamper was much sturdier. Replaced a 30-year-old bamboo hamper twice the size that was literally falling apart. I no longer need such a big hamper.

Great value and works very well.
I’ve had them for 4 months and they’ve held up great. Washable inserts. Just read the directions and you will have no trouble putting together. Highly recommend. They look better than open or vinyl baskets. ***Please ignore flooring. We are in the middle of remodeling the bathroom. Half way done with it.

Looks nice and sturdy...I'm happy
After going through two hampers in our master bedroom, I came to the conclusion that I wanted one with a lid that had a removable, washable liner. I researched my Amazon options within my price range before deciding on this one. It arrives folded flat, and is very easy to put together. You simply pop it open, put the liner in, and attach the top. The top is a pretty tight fit over the liner, but I got it on. (I only intend to remove the liner occasionally to wash it.) The resulting product looks nice and appears to be fairly sturdy. I was afraid my husband wouldn't like opening and closing the lid, but he likes this hamper so much better than our last one that he doesn't mind the lid. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Perfect for the space, and nice-looking, but...
...WHY would you make a laundry hamper with a cardboard base? Surely we're not the only family who tosses in damp towels, wet washcloths, or clothing that got spilled on and we've therefore treated with some pre-wash? It looks great, and it fits perfectly the way I thought it would, but that cardboard base is just silly - do the people who design these things ever actually think about how people will use them?Workaround: slide the base into a sturdy plastic bag and tape it before assembling. So far, it's working okay. But honestly - this should NOT be necessary!

Nice looking and holds quite a bit of clothing.
I’ve only had it a couple weeks, but appears sturdy. 2 hefty cats like to perch on it!I had to laugh at the sticker on the bottom.. don’t store in damp location or throw wet clothing. Some people complained about mildew.. you put wet things in any closed container, it’s going to grow mold and mildew. But really, where else does a hamper go? A bathroom! I put two large silica pacts on the bottom before putting in the liner to help with possible moisture issues. Thus far, I’m a fan!
