Original Review: This supplement was great for milk production but my 5 week old experienced severe gas, spit ups after every feed, and explosive diarrhea.I’m exclusively BF but wanted an extra boost to pump for back up supply. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Everyone’s body is different and to be fair it did up my milk supply.UPDATE: I added a star ⭐️ because this has truly been a lifesaver for my bf journey. Fast forward, my baby is now 8 months & we are thriving. At about 4 months my period came back even though I was exclusively bf and my production took a hit. I was desperate and gave this product another shot. Boy am I glad I did! There’s so many Mothers Milk teas a girl can take. This time around baby and I did not experience gas or any bothersome symptoms. It’s helped maintain my production with a combination of mag/ calcium. I also take alfalfa supplements. I’m sharing because I know how hard it is to deal with this situation and like me many initially reacted negatively but once your milk is mature and baby is a bit older, at least for me, it was a game changer. Before this product, I didn't really have a problem producing milk for my little one, but I did have frustrations keeping a consistent supply all day. As we all know, milk production decreases as the day passes by. In my case, I get slightly engorged in the mornings, but around 4 pm, my supply decreases dramatically and then blows up around 10pm. Between 4pm and 10pm, my LO and I were always struggling keeping a latch or pumping more than an ounce. We were both frustrated to say the least. I had to supplement with formula to keep my baby satisfied (which isn't a big deal for me). I just wanted to feed her without all the fighting between us and avoiding all the emotions after struggle. I don't recall how I stumbled upon Legendairy Milk, but I kept coming back to this product on Amazon and kept adding and removing from my cart until I finally gave in and bought it. Here's what happened. Within 4 servings, I felt my body produce milk faster. After 3 Days, supplementing wasn't necessary anymore, although constant unlatching and fussiness continued. Around day 5, my husband commented how much richer the milk seemed compared to previous servings. By day 7, I could feel heaviness in my breasts from milk supply during the times they are usually more empty. By day 10 (last day of supplement supply and the day I wrote this review) I have been able to feed my baby without the thought of supplement or constant fussiness.I must warn y'all though, water intake is absolutely critical for this product to work. There were a few days when I didn't drink at least 60oz of water made keeping the supply up to the baby's demand pretty challenging. Also, I found that going through a stressful situation at any given day will not allow the body to produce the milk the baby needs. I had one day in particular during the last 10 days that was extremely stressful and my supply was incredibly low, lower than my normal supply without the supplement.The one thing I don't like is how this 60pills bottle serves only 10 days. I'll be trying two more of their milk production products over the next 20 days and depending on how well they all work, I'm thinking of getting the Bundle of three products straight from their website with 180pills per bottle. If I did the math correctly, that deal is cheaper than spending $20 (plus taxes) every 10 days for a bottle.

This product truly works! I exclusively pump and am always getting trapped milk, clogged ducts, and once mastitis. After pumping I never felt like it was emptying my breasts, so I figured I was having some kind of issue with milk flow or let downs. I saw that this product advertised as helping with such so I got the 10 day supply. I’m about to finish the 10 day supply, and I can truly say this product does what it promises. My milk has been freely flowing! I feel that my breasts are truly emptying after pumping and I haven’t had any trapped milk or clogged ducts since the second day of taking these pills. I noticed an increase in my supply, but only because I’m truly emptying my breasts now. My output now is what it is when I don’t have trapped milk or clogged ducts, but I normally almost always have those issues. This product works by giving me multiple let downs. If you have let down issues, you need this supplement. I just bought the 30 day supply and will continue to buy through my pumping journey. Now that my milk is flowing properly, I’m going to try their other supplements that help with increasing milk supply. I’m very happy I found this product!

I bought this as a sort of “let’s see what happens.” I was a skeptic but turns out it works! My baby was very gassy at night and it would take him a while to work out poops. I started with just 2 capsules a day, and I’ve noticed that he is less gassy at night, milk flow is better, number of letdowns have increased, and milk production has evened out during the day. I’m leaving 4 stars because it does nothing for my GI system - breastfeeding makes me gassy and that hasn’t changed. Granted, I’m only taking 2 per day instead of 6, but since it works for my baby I don’t want to increase it just for my benefit and potentially mess things up for him.

I usually get 3-4oz pumps after my first pump of the day I now get 5-7 and I’m on day 3 of this and liquid gold. Also going to order their duck valves to see if that helps more as well. This was from a 14 minute session!!! As far as gas I did have some and so did my baby for like a day or two and yeah it was bad but if you want a good supply you’re gonna have to tough it out. Depends on how bad you want it. Still taking it and now me and him are completely over the gas so don’t just give up on it

I took this for two weeks, here and theirbi would get stomuch cramps, dint think much of it, then few days ago I started to have stomuch cramps and diarrhea really bad, I stopped taking this for few days, no cramping and no diarrhea but then yesterday morning I took it and oh boy my day went horrible, lits of stomuch cramps and diarrhea non stop by dinner time I was shaking, cold sweats, and I know it was this vitamins. To add i have not gain no more and would actually say i started having less milk supply and baby got really bad gas.

Not as effective as the Cash Cow.
