Tried other brands and other flavors of GNC but this one is the BESTIt's great post workout.I don't feel sore the next day after an intense workout.My fav protein drink!

Great product due to my lactose intolerance. Great taste and dissolves well in liquid. Shaking it 15 to 30 seconds and it doesn’t clump like some whey protein powders.

The taste

This product was my go-to for several months. I found it originally in-store, and when the store couldn't get it shipped in anymore, I turned to Amazon. Everything was great for a couple months, but suddenly that particular product number vanished. I had to search for it as if I were looking for it for the first time, and found it right away. What gives? Anyway, I ordered, and when it arrived I noticed differences right away. The container shape had changed, and there was an ingredient swap. The worst part, though, was the 25% price hike. Inflation. Okay, I get it. But that much?! The last straw was the deterioration in mixability. What used to mix perfectly well in any of my blender bottles now requires me to use a spoon to break up clumps along the walls of those same bottles. I don't know why the formula has changed, but it did not help in the least. I am sad to have to let this product go, as it was great for quite a while, but there are others I have used in the past that are now better, so I will be returning to one of them.
