I recently purchased the Hodufy Faraday Bag for Laptops (20 x 15 inches), and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. I work for the government, and we use faraday bags in our daily business. Well the ones that we ordered from our government supplier DO NOT WORK. So I set out to find a product that did, and could fit a laptop, and this is what I found. Well made, fits up to a laptop, or several cell phones and other electronic items and it BLOCKS ALL SIGNALS. We made several attempts to get any signals through the bag to no avail. So if you need a product that actually works, buy this. (do not consider this an endorsement from any government agency)

It actually works. Not a gimmick. Plenty big enough for my laptop, phone and much more. It'll work if you order it.

the faraday bag was just what i was looking for and worked great

As soon as this was delivered, I put my cell phone inside it and called it from another,phone, no signal reached my phone. I then set my police scanner to run and it didn't get any signal, then did the same with my portable ham radio, same result. As soon as I can acquire an EMP device, I will test it and let you know the results

These are great! Compared to other brands, they are about the same, but their special feature is a hook on the side to let you be able to clip it onto something or inside a bag because these can be really small...if you get smaller sizes that is. They are waterproof, the velcro works, they're good, and pretty much the same (in my opinion) compared to others. However, others do not have that little hook on the side, which is why I choose these over others.

I ended up needing more capacity so I also purchased a combo pack from a competitor, which was also a bit more expensive.The competitor’s large pouch was exactly the same dimensions and looks exactly the same upon initial inspection. However, if you pick up each pouch, you can clearly hear a crinkling in the competitors pouch while this one is just floppy fabric.(For context: A faraday cage is made with a conductive material enclosing an area and devices inside are protected when separated by an insulator.)Because of this, the feeling of only fabric made me immediately skeptical. I started testing the bag and realized I could get cell signal and Bluetooth even with my phone inside. I folded the bag 5+ times just to ensure that it wasn’t a fluke. I linked up my Bluetooth headphones and could listen to crystal clear music while my phone was enclosed.I then tried the competitor’s bag (which made a crinkling noise). The second I sealed the bag, the signal immediately cut out. No bluetooth connection and no calls could be received.

This is nice because it covers a lot of situations you may be interested in. It says it is Fireproof, and Waterproof (good protection if a disaster hits, and you want to protect the contents). Then it is said to be a Faraday signal blocking capabilites, so if you had electronic items, or sensitive electronic data it should protect you for those. It is also about 16x20" so it is large enough to to put important papers, which are standard 8-1/2x11 size items inside it, or possibly laptops or computer tablets that would fit inside.
