Coolerguys Fan Mount/Stand Bracket Kit (Black Metal)

I recently bought a 4U server case that lacked any place to mount fans in the front of the chassis. With only two fans in the rear, I knew the airflow wouldn't be good enough for my needs. Sadly, it seems like there are very few options to add mount points for more case fans. This fit the bill perfectly for me.Pros:- Very easy installation.- Accommodates any size fan. I'm using 80mm, but you could just as easily use 92mm, 120mm, or any size you want.- Uses standard case fan screws.- Bridge to connect two fans to the same set of brackets.- Dirt cheap,Cons:- Only one bridge piece is induced. If you tighten the screws well enough, it mostly stays put. Including a second one would be a nice change.Note: I used some extra neodymium magnets to mount the brackets to my case. If you don't have any existing holes in your case and have no desire to drill some, this is probably the best option.

Very easy to attach to any size fan, and very easy to mount to the grids on the sides of the computer. I mounted a 92mm fan to the legs, then bolted the legs to the inside of the case so that the fan was perpendicular to the case and pointing directly at the heat sink on my NVME M.2 drive, which resulted in dramatically lower temps on my Samsung 980 Pro drive. Small enough to use without modifications and very versatile as you can use it to mount either one or two fans with the included hardware.

They will hold your fan, but be warned that when screwing them in that you could bend them if you're not paying attention. Despite the weak metal, it has been holding my fan vertically for the past year without any issues or bending due to solely the fan's weight.

This kit is great for custom mounting fans inside (or outside) your case. I ordered two kits and one was missing some parts, but I contacted Coolerguys and they got back to me the same day and shipped out a new complete kit in a couple of days. Great service. I have purchased many PC related parts from them over the years. Nothing but great service and quality products.

Its 2 /very/ small brackets made of incredibly soft and thin metal.The hardware included arbitrarily only works on fans up to "30MM" although the brackets are long enough to work with 38MM fans, they pinched pennies so hard on this product that they couldn't even include screws a few MM longer to fit all common fan depthsOverall, just disappointing, I'm going to make my own brackets instead, its a waste of $10, the hardware included costs pennies and I'm floored that they're asking what they are for it, this is something that should be a $1.69 accessory baggy, its nothing special at all.Unless you'll be using fans smaller than say 80mm with fairly low CFM and only in a location where they'll be upright maybe with no possible way for someone to bump into them, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Perfect solution for adding an extra fan even if the case doesn't have have enough mounting holes.

Was not impressed with this product. Used a few pieces from the kit, but for the most used other sturdier metal brackets to mount the fan. Sorry, but not worth the price. Cannot recommend.
