Can i mix this with boiled linseed oil and mineral spirits to dye my oilskin tarp?

greeting from colorare, Natural pigments can be used to dye fabric as long as an appropriate binder is used to "stick" to the fabric. The binder to use depends on the colour, pigment type and fabric (wool, linen, cotton, …); acetic acid, alum, copper sulfate, iron sulfate, lime, tartaric acid, ... are suitable mordant or dye fixative used to set (i.e. bind) dyes on fabrics. How many pounds of concrete (dry) can this color to look like terracotta?

Greeting from Color rare , To obtain a terracotta colour , we would recommends using a mix of red iron oxide , brown and orange pigment . Depending on the desired colour and colour of ciment/concrete mix the ratio of pigment will be different . Red iron oxide on its own will give more a pink to red colour pallette .
