Nutricost Glucomannan 1,800mg Per Serving, 180 Capsules - Natural Fiber Source, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

So i purchased this product because i have oily floating stools. I’ve been doing alot of research as to why, and i also had done a gut test last year. I ended up going back to that test and looking a bit more closely at it. It said i had an issue with secondary bile acids and they recommended i used this product. I also bought sun fiber and started it around the same time. Ever since i started using this, my stools have mostly been sinking in the toilet. But, i still have some grease and stink in the water, so im trying to Figure out how to fix this issue now. I have recently purchased bile nutrients from SH and i am hoping this does the trick, i am hoping i have slow bile. I also purchased their liposomal choline and i take the liver nutrients. I am hoping this combo helps heal the issue. I have also started upping my fiber, because beneficial bacteria need fiber to grow, i use about 4-5 different kinds that are easy on my stomach and im pretty sure are sibo friendly. I have never heard about this product being used to stop cravings, It’s used to help bile.For reference, i have leaky gut, histamine intolerance, low stomach acid that has gotten better, possibly candida ( not sure if it’s gone or not) and some high bad bacteria. I had no issues taking these pills.

Todavia no se como es el producto pero por ahora esta bien, hice el experimento para ver cuanto se expande, ten en cuenta que es solo agua y no nuestros acido estomacales, supongo que se expande mucho más al abrirse completamente. Espero tener resultados en un mes

I've been taking it for 4 days and I've noticed a difference alreadyI also just found out today I'm supposed to be taking 3 capsules and I've only been taking one and still seen a differenceI'm giving 4 stars because it's only been 4 days so I need to see how it works in the long run

It has helped me a lot, I recommend it. Good size to swallow has no taste and this helps a lot when ingesting

I came in here because I wanted to return this, but found out I missed the refund window by 3 days. I will go ahead and leave a review tho because I believe my experience could be very important to others.After researching Glucomannan & reading that it's supposed to help with weight loss, I ordered it. I already probably don't eat "enough" as it is, which might be part of my problem to lose weight. I only took this product 2 times. #1, a good benefit is that it DOES help with going #2 LOL. But then I took another capsule the other morning, a few weeks after my first try....It was maybe a 1/2 hour AFTER drinking a cup of coffee, and OMGosh! I took it as directed, with "plenty" of water... but apparently I still had much of the coffee in my stomach! I literally wondered if the "getting full" feeling was eveN going to stop because I kept getting more & more FULL, and ended up MISERABLE!! I had to wait a good 90 minutes before I dared to EAT a bite... It was a terrible experience!That said, I don't believe it had anything to do with this brand. I thought it was a good value, but I have no intentions of trying it again, even without drinking coffee first. I thought about opening the capsule & simply mixing half in a glass of water to drink down quickly, but just the thought of experiencing that horrible fullness-that-wouldn't-stop again, was enough to keep me from doing that.

WHY WOULD RICE FLOUR BE AN INGREDIENT IN A FIBER PRODUCT LIKE GLUCOMANNAN??? AND SINCE RICE FLOUR WEIGHS MORE THAN GLUCOMMAN, IS THERE MORE RICE FLOUR IN IT THAN GLUCOMANNAN? THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL BY READING THE INGREDIENTS LIST. SHAME ON YOU NUTRICOST. I WILL NEVER FALL FOR THIS SCAM AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS OBVIOUSLY MORE CONCERNED WITH PROFIT THAN THE HEALTH OF ITS CUSTOMERS.I purchased a number of Nutricost brands, and thought I'd try this one since the price seemed slightly more economical. Shame on me for not noticing at the time of purchase that this product (and 2 other Nutricost items I ordered) has RICE FLOUR. Rice flour is a CHEAP FILLER that is used in some supplements and the biggest thing I avoid like the plaque. Rice has high levels of arsenic in it, and can be unhealthy to consume (especially when the rice is not cooked, but simply ground into a powder from it's raw state). This is the 3rd time I purchased a Nutricost product without being aware that this cheap filler RICE FLOUR was used in it.SHAME ON NUTRICOST (and SHAME ON ME, TOO for assuming this product is unsafe my consumption).I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE WASTED HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A PRODUCT I CANNOT USE. I WILL NEVER PRUCHASE ANOTHER NUTRICOST ITEM AGAIN. When something is priced lower, it can be very helpful to take the time to see if cheap ingredients are used.

So Im going to say Today is January 19 and i just started these pills on my low carb intermittent fasting journey . I researched this on YouTube by a dr and read a bunch or reviews , the bottle says take 3 1 about 30 minutes before a meal . I watched a dr video who takes them and lost a good amount of weight in 6 months by take 2In the morning 30-40 minutes before meals exercise and water all day . So decided to go that route. I start off with tea in the am ,Than 30 min i take two pills before my first meal for the day . Which was egg white and turkey sausage and suppose to be a protein shake , however i was full after eating the food so didn’t get to the shake.I will take my last pill 30 minutes before dinner . And in a month i will let you all know how this goes .It’s day one so i can’t fully say how i truly like it.
