none of the ingredients are from animals, so yes. if they don't have the V emblem, it may be that the organic sugar they use was filtered with charred bones, which is highly common to do with refined sugar. I do not know if the sugar the use is NON VEGAN, however. Many vegans will use all sugars though, as they are not consuming the bone char.
