Can i use this after dye my top?

yes, I "touched - up" my convertible top before applying and no problems. You can't even see where I applied the dye on my Audi A4 cabriolet tan top.

It's been 3 weeks since application. Can I get water and ph neutral car shampoo on it during a maintenance wash?

Absolutely! Once it dries and is no longer damp from the application, it should stand up to automobile-specific cleaning products just fine. I wash mine weekly and it still beads water on the top after 8 months and counting.

Will this work on a vinyl top ?

Sorry, I had just used the convertible top protection on my Audi A3 textile Top and it works very well. But I can‘t gurantee for vinyl (e.g. PVC).
