The Frank works great. I wish the lid wasn't made of so many parts. It makes cleaning take 10X longer than it needs. It keeps my coffee hot all morning long, and doesn't leak.

Works perfectly. Love it. Hot stays hot long and same for cold.

Very rugged water bottle, love the opening but can be hard to open/close at times. Big fan of the size and the lack of protruding straw structure. Toss this into my purse or gym bag without taking too much room!

I had bought pink and black color. Pink is ok . But there is a crack inner side (ceramic coating) of cup. I didn't see that when i received the the stuff. I filled coffee and i was finished , some of coffee filled between inner ceramic and outer side. Totally rubbish. Worst thing is I'm not in US right now and i dont know how to return that. I can send a video if the company needs it.

Ease of cleaning:I think this cup is super cute! however extremely inconvenient. I can't see myself truly taking apart all of these pieces just to clean my coffee mug?! it's actually a little ridiculous lol

Muy util, facil de usar y limpiar, completamente higienico y mantiene por muchísimo tiempo el calor.

I like the sleek design. But the top is way too difficult to reassemble after cleaning. And the instructions on how to reassemble weren’t very helpful.
