Lemme tell you, I bought these due to them being cotton and I am so glad these exist. The synthetic pads would irritate my skin down there and these do not. I recommend, so much more comfortable and very absorbent, and they aren't bulky or anything, either.

Best pads! Once I tried the cotton pads, I’ll never go back. They don’t make me feel like I’m wearing a diaper like the regular pads and feels so much more comfy to wear.

I am in the flooding stage of life and have to wear a heavy pad daily. I was getting rashes with other products. This one solved that issue. It also holds way more than you think it will! I can’t even feel that I am wearing a pad with this brand. The cotton topper is so soft. It’s the best!

The absorption of this pad is quite good. However the shape of it is too narrow which makes me feel quite insecure. If you want a wider pad definitely choose another one, but if you are ok with the width this pad is good enough. Length-wise it is good for night use.
