The Dynamics of Military Revolution, 1300-2050 First Edition

Using this book for a class so I have not read it all yet but so far, very well written and informational. Purchased as an ebook so delivery was not an issue. Fair price too.

Required for MIL-ED course. Book met my requirement and all pages were present. Was the desired year/ edition printing required.

I got the Kindle version: the content was very good, and it helped me with a project I was working on. However, there were some errors in the Kindle version: misspellings and typos. None of them were show-stopping nor prevented me from understanding the content, it was just minorly distracting. Recommend the Kindle version be reviewed and corrected.

New textbook in excellent, crisp condition

I bought this for a military history class for a paper I had to write, and was not expecting to enjoy it. It was helpful to write my paper. It would be of interest to perhaps historians or military buffs.

Great work on military revolutions. The book centers around how most "military revolutions" were essentially evolutionary rather than revolutionary.

This book has a very interesting premis. I enjoyed the idea and the examples. It was a different take on traditional military history. A bit Marxist in its evidence and did not go very far into the future. It is an interesting book for the general history reader or a good topic discussion starter. Overall the book was not as revolutionary as it was evolutionary.
