2 ends: regular USB and Type-C for Apple computer

SanDisk is an excellent brand. I have owned one since 2020, and just added 2 more. The dual drive USB and USB Type-C is essential for me to share files with my husband who uses PC, and I use a 2020 APPLE MacBook Pro. Expensive but worth it.

Slow, hot, slow...avoid...buy a different offering from the same company

I tried these. Headline says it all. Form factor looks cool, but probably easier to lose because of it. Won't find out, because they sucked and I moved to these:SanDisk 4TB Extreme Portable SSD - Up to 1050MB/s, USB-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, IP65 Water and dust Resistance, Updated Firmware, Monterey - External Solid State Drive - SDSSDE61-4T00-G25Mhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C59FBGG1Got many friends and family one for Christmas this year. There are smaller capacities for less money, too, I just thought I'd future-proof everyone -- and we have five computers to back up, so I'll probably get close to filling in eventually. N.B. Don't trust the cloud, or your device, and if you're really cautious, get two of these and put the backups in separate locations, like safe deposit or OCD friend's house ; )
