Multipurpose Soil - 5.5 Litres PureGrow® Peat Free Potting Compost - Hydrate at Home

The expansion idea is great allowed me to get it to the office and repot some of the plants there with minimal fuss

This is a first for me as normally purchase large bag,which is heavy,this was perfect just add warm water to the plastic bag that it’s in leave for 5 min and give it a stir and it’s all fluffed up and ready to use no lumps and no mess ,I was so impressed that I ordered more

The only 'problem' was the brick I received was in a damaged bag. The idea is you hydrate the soil in this bag (it is thick plastic). Luckily I had spotted the tears before I poured water into it. Easily overcome - I just hydrated it in a clean washing up bowl. Soil seems light, fluffy and as others have said no chemical smells or unusual things in the soil. FYI the brick is tough and I was unable to break it to hydrate less than 5 litres (with 1.5 litres water) but no real problem (I possibly could have used a saw to cut it in half but this would have been messy.

Ridulous ! Instead of 1lt of compost i got a slab 6 inches by 6 inches of solid dirt with instructions how to irrigate to make compost. Dont buy this absolute con.!

It’s look good..but couldn’t believe.. that’s 5L..should be less 2L.Not value for money..

Just what I needed for my plant pots, easy for me to use as a non-gardener. My plants are flourishing. I will buy it again.

Very happy with this soil. It's comes compressed into a fairly small flat square and you just add water, wait then fluff it up. Feels like very good quality, fast draining soil. It's not like mud soil (dark brown), more like woodland type soil (light brown). I'd definitely purchase more if I needed it.
