I will update later based on comparative nutritional experience, but just due to flavour alone, and in comparison to the Nordic Naturals ones I made the mistake of buying, these are SO MUCH BETTER!!!The gummies are tiny, the bottle is huge, and the flavor is good!! The texture is also not weird, like NN.🙌️🙌️Update:I would prefer for cohesive flavour and protection of my teeth that all the sugar be inside the gummy, but the real thing that I just learned, as well have experienced, the value of this review:Since this is made with magnesium citrate (as opposed to others), this is made to help specifically for constipation, and praise the Lord! I am pregnant, and that is actually helping me quite a bit!! I learned that this only has moderate absorption in general, and helps digestive issues.This is not why I take magnesium, so I will need to find an additional alternative, but it is helping me quite a lot as I mentioned, and I'm really greatful to have a solution for that 😅P.S. - Nuts and seeds, leafy grains, beans(if that works for you) and whole grains are great sources of magnesium!!Additional information: this is better than magnesium oxide, which has low absorption & used for the above digestive purpose.I am surprised that for a brand promoting stress relief (which has nothing to do with most people's physical need for magnesium) that they are not using magnesium glycinate, because that has high absorption, specifically stress-targeting, helps with anxiety, decreases cortisol and improves sleep... I find that quite odd! Maybe due to mass populative ignorance on types of magnesium, this was a cheaper way to be market-compatible for pricing, I don't know.Magnesium taurate as well, for blood pressure and calming the nervous system.Personally, I'm more after magnesium malate, after some research - this is good for muscles, as well as energy production, combating fatigue, and has high absorption. I will next look for a product that has that :).

These work really well to help you sleep. I did have to cut one in half and only take a 1/2 because taking a whole 1 before bed was making it a little harder to wake up in the morningI love that they're not addictive a more natural alternative

So oddly the Calm powder never worked for me. A friend had these at her house and wow, they were magical. I take 3 every night and am very regular which is a MAJOR issue for me due to having certified colon issues. So thank you CALM!
