This worked exactly as expected
I have been lifting with this rack for about 6 weeks wanted to share how it works for me and my wife. I am 5'11" 185 with normal length arms. She is 5'8" normal arms. I use a standard adjustable workout bench and an Olympic barbell. 1) incline bench works great on the 1st hight adjustment notch i don't need help unracking or racking. I do have to assist my wife as her arms are shorter and there is limited adjustment. 2) flat bench works ok but not great. We don't use the notches and just bottom out the rails. we both need assistance racking/unracking because it is too short and there is no adjustment. A person could drill new holes for more adjustability but we have not found that necessary. Works great for overhead press and it's intended purpose squats. Not a good rest for Romanian dead lifts because it's too high but still works if you use your hip to unrack.

Great beginner/budget rack
I bought this rack several years ago and have waited to see how it holds up over time before writing this review. After all this time I can confidently say that it does what it's supposed to do well. It can handle any weight a beginner/intermediate lifter can throw on it. I've had 315lb on the upper holders and mid/high 200's on the lower holders (with absolute confidence it can hold far more on the lower holders). It would be more useful if I were to point out potential issues you might encounter after use.My first main issue was that it does not adjust wide enough. The adjustable beam between the two vertical "posts" only has so many lockable adjustment points. I'm a tall guy (6'2" with long arms) and when I squat, I have a very wide grip on the bar. Even on its maximum width I felt very cramped and was constantly hitting my elbows on the vertical posts as I reracked. I eventually just unscrewed the pin that holds it in place and pulled the two posts apart to my desired width. The middle brace still holds together, it just does not lock. The second issue is more of a learning curve. Squatting with this rack will be a bit odd at first if you're used to more traditional squat racks. When getting under the bar, the horizontal beam will most likely be up against your ankles. Reracking can be a tad unnerving at first when trying to place the bar in the tiny holders on the upper position. Lastly, I have the vertical posts adjusted to the maximum height and I still have to stoop a little to get under the bar (combined with the horizontal beam hitting your ankles, it can be weird at first). These might sound like nitpicks, but they're worthwhile to mention for my fellow taller lifters. All in all, this is an excellent beginner rack. It's sturdy and space efficient. For the price, it's an excellent investment, able to stick with a new lifter all through the beginning/intermediate phases of progression.

(Edited after 2 months) - small changes can make it standout
Updated after 2 monthsNot bad for 140 USD BUT,Small things that have been cut out to save costs stands out over use.1- the bar below that connects the left and right hand side pillars has one screw to hold them together. Often this bows the whole rack front to back. Using two screws would have eliminated this and made it sturdy. When working with weights, that little bit of feeling safe goes a long long way.2- if you keep this outside, beware. It rusts very quickly. Like in a day or two if there is even a mild rain. A bit of antitrust coating would have been better.3- the rubber pads on the spotting arm was a good idea but, the glue does not hold very well.(Original review) Nothing fancy. It’s a squat rack that doubles up as a bench press.Feels sturdy, easy to assemble and serves the purpose. If I nitpick, I can say the bar that connects both sides could have been adjustable. I have a exercise bench and it cannot decline much as it hits the bar that connects both the legs but that’s to be expected as the bench was from a different brand. All in all, worth the price and safe and secure for workouts for medium weights under 100 kg
