I was a bit sceptical about TENS but my philosophist said it may help. This is a great little TENS it works a treat. The pads are easy to fit. It's easy to put on and there's a selection of different modes and strengths. The pads are very good quality and stick to the skin even if you get hot.Best of all I was able to cut down the amount of pain killers.

This has become a life saver to me and my ankle! It’s so easy to use, you can use it anywhere, anytime and strap it on if you are walking about to help ease the pain. I really suffer with my ankle after a car accident 20+years ago and after a day on my feet I relax on the sofa with this working on my ankle. The relief it gives us amazing, especially when I get it in the right spot - heaven 😀I am awaiting ankle surgery to have my ankle fused together as the cortisone injections I was having no longer work. I highly recommend this to anyone who has arthritis as a result of an injury, I’ve already bought more of the replacement pads too for a very reasonable price. Such amazing value for money. Very happy customer.

i have pretty severe period pains and decided to try this option. the "machine" sticks on really well and strong (at least on first use) but looks a lot rougher in real life than in pic - especially in comparison to a competitors product (the pink/purple one marketed for endometriosis pain, same technology, it is in one solid piece and stylish - in this one the white center piece can be removed but i am not sure why as it has to be stuck on to use it). the good news is that it works somewhat, cos while i do feel the pain while using, when it stops working the pain is clearly worse. so not a magic pill and im still taking pain killers as well but it helps 20-40%. the negative is that it's annoyingly complicated to use, considering this is 2022. there are 2 buttons and you have to spend a lot of time to set the right program and length. everytime the timer runs out (max 60min) you have to go through the same "press + for 3 seconds until you hear a beep..." and repeat that until you have the program you want. and then the same with "-" button to get the right timer length. and then again to get it started. i guess having several programs is a plus as different programs might help with different kind of pain, and the price of course is lower than that of many competitors, so i get it. but i am wondering if i should dish out the money to try another model which would have less button pushing.i would say it's decent for the money. will include pics of the machine and part of instructions.

I was very sceptical buying this, to be honest I didn’t think it would work as my back/menstrual pain could be so agonising, but I can’t sing a high enough praise for this product. It does feel a bit weird, but I’ll get used to it.Highlights - small, inexpensive compared to other products, discreetNegatives - the beeps are a bit loud (understandable especially if you are hard of hearing), could do with a storage bag after initial use (wouldn’t mind buying separately), could also be a bit bigger but there are bigger products out thereOverall, incredible pain relief product. Within about 30 minutes my pain was gone. Very safe to use. Though if you have contact dermatitis like myself you may find this itches a bit, but it didn’t leave a rash.Great seller, can’t fault them. 10/10

The operation of the machine was great; very powerful, good mix of settings and easy to use, it really helped my pain. However, I only purchased this on 19th April and have only used it for max one hour 2-3 times a week, and already one of the adhesive pads has come off so I can no longer use it. I followed the rules of not touching the pads etc. but just the action of pulling it off my back loosened one of them after a just couple of weeks so it was downhill from there.I wouldn’t have minded if it was crazy cheep, but for the price it’s not been worth it; I could buy replacement pads but seems a waste of money if they’ll only last a few weeks again.

Such a good product, I have had the first week with less pain and no painkillers for 6 months. I’m using this three times a day for a torn shoulder which has not healed well. The sticky pad requires careful handling to keep it sticky for over a week of three uses a day, but applying to clean skin, and then popping back on the sheet of plastic has worked well. With no cords, it’s less breakable and far more easy to apply and use.

Easy to use without leads

For the price this is great, takes the edge off period pain , muscle / joint pain. The settings are hard to operate as you have to cycle through them as the machine is on you which is annoying. I find the continuous one the best. It auto switches off after 20 mins. I find I need a lot more power than the continuous setting after a while. The wired one with a display is easier to select your setting and timing but no way you could have it on the go. The adhesion is ok. Great option if you’re looking to reduce your level of pain meds or need some relief in between doses.
