Love this salt!! I make an electrolyte drink with a splash of real lemon in 40 ounces of water, some Stevia ice cubes and a half a teaspoon of this salt mix it together and it makes me feel great!!

Not sure about the health benefits, but a good salt. This is supposed to have electrolytes in it. The main reason I purchased it.Strong salt flavor. Nice color. Comes in a resealable plastic bag. Heavy, strong plastic.A little pricey, but what isn't today.I just hope it has the minerals in it that they claim it has.Texture is a little more course than table salt.As far as cooking, you'll have to experiment with it. It does have a little stronger flavor than regular salt.
