These heat pads are great lasts 12hrs and the heat is amazing 😊

Bought these and the well known brand, these are actually better as they keep hot at least 12 hrs and stick better.

Whilst I understand why this item must not be placed on the skin by placing on the outside of a shirt or vest I thought the heat was at best warm. Also unless you have your back pressed on a chair or wall etc the weight of the pad pulled it away from ones back. I felt little or no relief but in fairness if applied to a knee or other part of the body they may work better.

I completely missed that this doesn't attach to skin so whilst it provides some heat getting it in the right spot and keeping it there is near impossible.I guess I can save them for cold winter walks and put them in my coat pockets but this wasn't what I was looking for.

Heat quickly to a good temperature, last over 12 hours and stick well to clothing. Really effective in soothing back pain. Great value too. I’ve tried branded products which are very poor in comparison. Recommend.

Simple heat therapy applied to clothing over the area of pain. Does last for 12 hours so works through the day or night. Good size so helped my shoulder giving pain relief. Good price and value too.

Does not stick very well and does not stay in place. Barely enough heat to even feel it. Not fit for purpose, a total waste of money.
