Q: what size paper does it take

I know these (Calculator Plain Paper, 2.25" X 150') will work for the calculator.

Q: How do you set the clock on this, I have no directions for doing it?

Press the clock/keyboard button located in the upper left hand corner. Choose either the date or time. If you choose date for example, you would then choose 07.17.2013 and the date will set. For time, something simular, 12.54. I hope this helps!

Q: It is plugged up and working fine except the print is very light and can't really read it? We want it replaced!!!! with one that works

You probably just need to change the ink cartridge. These need to be replaced regularly. Yours may have dried up sitting on the shelf. They are very inexpensive and you can buy them on Amazon.
