Blends well in cold milk, no lumps at all. Can't comment on how it behaves alone in water. Taste is not too artificial, but I do mask it with ice cream so that may not be the product itself.

Flavor quality is amazing and very easy to mix.

I have been using a protein supplement for some months, partly in order to reduce snacking on carbohydrates. Now I am Type 2 Diabetic, Protein Good, Carbohydrate Bad. I have mostly been using USN Diet Fuel, Strawberry Flavour, but I thought I would try this one for a change.To be honest, the tub is lesser quality, and the flavour is okay, but not great. It does however have too much Whey protein and not enough Soya protein, so the texture is off. It doesn’t mix very easily with water and there is no enjoyment trying to drink it. It might be fine for some folks, but it’s no good for me. I couldn't even finish half a cup.Amazon has refused to offer a return, a refund or any other compensation for this product not being of any use, so I have wasted the money. Be very certain that this is what you want.

Price is amazing.Taste (cookies and cream) is okay, but more bland than other brands.Texture is of sand no matter how much you mix.Cellulose makes drinking it very heavy and gummy to drink, which isn't a great mixture with the sandy texture.Overall, I'll probably continue paying for this protein powder brand, because the price is very competitive (in this economy yk), but don't expect a lovely experience. Really grainy, thick shakes is what to expect with the price drop.
