Great taste and high in quality protein and BCAAs
Great quality and value protein powder. I've tried loads of powders before and this one is right up there in nutrition composition and flavour. The cookies and cream flavour is like a milkshake, and not too sweet (sugar content is low at 6g per 100g). Mixes pretty well - I used about 200ml milk with 35g powder and it was very drinkable. 78g protein per 100g is ideal and the leucine and BCAA content is excellent and what you'd expect from more expensive whey isolates. 2.7g leucine per 30g means you're getting a good MPS (muscle protein synthesis response) with a single scoop.

Cheap & cheerful
I think its hard to judge the 'effectiveness' of these protein shakes because you never really know if any 'gains' are down to the shake, or your diet & exercise.I tend to, therefore, base any review on consistency & taste and just hope / presume they are having a positive effect on me physically. This mixed great, no lumps at all using a normal shaker. In terms of taste, I use milk and it tastes very good. A bit sickly, but thats probably to be expected with a chocolate & peanut butter taste. Taste is nice though, and actually enjoyable as opposed to others that you have to wash down with another drink.Would recommend, especially at this price point.

Great for the price
Great for the price, mixes well into yogurt, not really much more i can say, taste is fine, not amazing but get my extra protein in. Good protein content too for the price.

Great flavour whey but doesn’t mixed easily
Great flavour, tried cookies and chocolate/peanut. That’s my go-to brand for now as it’s 100% milk whey (as I understood) and the flavours I tried are very good. However, it’s not the best in terms of mixing, it gets clumpy every time. If you use an electric mixer, that doesn’t happen. The price is the best. Tried other budget friendly brands and this was the best.Edit: tried the vanilla flavour now and it’s good. Still doesn’t mix well in a shaker, but all good with a blender.

Tastes and smells like crushed up ice cream cones?
This tastes and smells like crushed up ice cream cones to me, not a fan.Hoping straight chocolate is a bit better but otherwise protein is fine, mixes well into yoghurt and we use a blender for smoothies so haven’t tried mixing straight in a shaker but it’s fine in the yoghurt. Good value for money.

Value for money protein shake
Probably the best of the cheaper brands. Mixes well with skimmed milk in shaker bottle. No clumping, very smooth texture and flavour not overpowering. Have only tried the Vanilla. Good value for money.

The "New and improved flavour" is horrible and the texture is grainy
This one was great at first. Then they "Improved" the flavour and now it barely tastes as vanilla and although it blends well it feels grainy when drinking it. I ordered the tubs as I thought they would be as good as this one but I was so disappointed. I can't leave the review on them as the listing doesn't exist any more. I had to cancel the subscription of these as I don't want the horrible new and improved flavour.
