Great book

One of the most difficult things about being a new real estate agent is the overwhelming amount of well-meaning advice from others and figuring out answers to important questions like:Should I do mailers, open houses, cold-calling, social media, chamber events, etc? How much time do I allocate to each? When do I sleep? How many meals do I have to eat while parked in a driveway waiting on the listing agent to show up because their supra box broke?This book was a great road map to help me as I started my new career as an agent. I highly recommend to anyone who is considering becoming a real estate agent!

My son said that he was into real estate and he wanted this book to read to learn more into and as he was reading it he said that it gives some great tips to it he has not finished it yet but so far a great book.

Good basics.. the last third doesn't apply to many but still good to ready. Some of the tactics are outdated but can be done still

This book showed up in great condition, very well packaged. Even showed up a few days earlier than the estimated arrival date!

I've been wanting to read this for awhile and it definitely lives up to the hype! Very motivating.
