The product itself is genuine and package was excellent, actually bought it from Carrefour and it was in a hideous condition, but Amazon fulfilled! However the steam concept itself is more for special fabrics and not compared to regular ironing. This product is actually better than some garment steamers I used before

Good for daily use

It works require lesser space than other brand

This product didn’t meet my expectation , on first use of the unit the on/off switch was not functioning right ( light would always be on) . Steam power was average but would have accepted it if the switch was working fine. Had to return the unit. Thanks to Amazon professional service.

I’m honestly really disappointed with the Philips steamer I bought. I paid 300 dirhams for it, and in less than a year and a half, it completely stopped working. I was expecting better quality and durability from a brand like Philips. How does something this expensive stop functioning so quickly? It’s really upsetting

Superb! Works very well and easy to use.

It’s good for light ironing. I bought one and in less than one year, it stopped working and no steam is generated.
