Updated review: I reordered these cherries and was so pleased to see the changes in shipping. It's right before Memorial Day and the box came in double insulated bubble wrap with a cold pac! There was also a note on the outside that the contents were perishable and not to leave them in a mailbox, sun and so forth. Excellent shipping. Since the flavor was never in question I'm giving these 5 stars. Thanks to the packer!Original review: Flavor is good and better than many I've tried. The problem was that a number of them were smash on the top and leaking. They were not wrapped in bubble wrap and would have been better with a cold pac. The candy was in an Amazon mailer with 3 other items and was not packed by the candy company.

Have purchased 2xs. Delicious. Nice amaretto flavor. Nice sturdy gift box.

Our families get cordials every Christmas, but another brand. This year I bought these for myself and others whom haven't had cordials before.Reviews raved how much better these were... but honestly, I feel like the balance of chocolate and sugar inner was just wrong.I like the strong crunch of the shell but it isn't the same as our flimsy chocolate brand with huge explosion of sugar and cherry.The other reason the other brand I use is lower rated seems to purely be because of how much of a hazard it is to ship with its thin shell of chocolate. If you know which brand I'm talking about and like that sweetsplosion, definitely try to find it in local stores if you don't want to risk shipping it.

Very tasty, and well worth the purchase. Forget about those "low brow" queen anne cherry candies, those are for plebs. If you wanna be bougie, you need these. So much flavor, and I'm still wondering how they cram those cherries into these chocolates, without leaving a visible hole. Some questions man wasn't intended to get answers for, I guess.

This is a lovely confection, however there are issues with keeping the cordials intact during the shipping process. I have ordered 3 times. First time, box of candy was shipped in an outer box and just 2 pieces were broken. Second time, candy was shipped in an outer box and still most of the pieces were broken - not adequate inner protection around the candy. The most recent order, delivery was delayed twice (for reasons not explained) and the candy was shipped in a paper envelope with no protection around the candy. The cordials were completely smashed. Also, none of the shipments were marked Perishable or Fragile etc. which seems remiss as chocolate is certainly both.

This product was not at its best. Where is was stored was not well temperature controlled by the state of the product when I got it. The center had seeped out and spilled all on the inside. Very messy and gross and the taste was off.

Got here in good shape.
