Jbl always amazing
Bought this headset for a birthday gift for a gamer. He loves it. This headset really is great i own the quantum 1 and it is really close in quality to it. Feels and sounds very similar hard to tell the difference. The flip up mic is nice gets out of the way for him. Very comfy to wear for hours of play. The RGB can be set via 0c to do lots of scenes and when you unplug and use it in another console like ps5 it carries over the last set Rgb and lights up. Again sound is great and you get all the quantum engine features like JBL is good for.It did come with an 8mm analog head phone cable to attach to all other devices that don't use usb audio.You can get your own usb c to usb c cable and go to phones and c to lighting to use on iPhone.Great for gaming and you can set the equalizer to raise 2khz to really hear fps footsteps.

Just the c port cord
They give you two cords but the c port one is very difficult to work out, I've tried plugging it in but it doesn't pop up on my computer.

They sound good and are comfortable but...
I couldn't get the equalizer to work. Changing the settings in the JBL Quantum ENGINE does not change the sound coming out of the headphones in Winamp or in Power DVD. I haven't tried gaming with these yet but if I can't get them to at least work with music or movies, what's the point. As far as I can tell, everything was set up as it should be. Headphones were connected via USB-C cable, not the 3.5mm jack and the default audio and microphone were also set within Windows. JBL was closed so I contacted Amazon support and even though they really did try to assist me, they couldn't solve my issue. It shouldn't be this difficult to get these set up properly so I'm returning them.

Hardware swivel joint broke after 11 months under normal use.
I was very satisfied with the sound, mic and comfortability quality of this headset until the cheap plastic swivel joint broke on the left side only after 11 months of use.The quality of workmanship at this price point should last for years, not months.
