Well made
Not running anywhere near rated current and it works great. Very smooth and steady. I haven't run data thru it yet but some day perhaps.

You get what you pay for!!
Top part of the picture is this slip ring. Bottom is and inferior competitors version, goco SRT025 85-0610, which failed after 14 months on my wind generator. You can see from the comparison that the top is much better quality, with individual groves for each wire. The bottom slip ring failed with the wires shorting out.

Good Product but wish hex wrench was included
The slip ring works great, fits the 8mm rod well, and spins very smoothly. The three tightening pins on the rotor require an allen wrench that I do not have, very tiny, smaller than the average. This allen wrench is not included, but required to to tighten the pins. Getting the tiny wrench is setting me back a couple of days, so heads up.
